We are excited to welcome and congratulate Natalie Zawaski as our new Executive Director at the Social Workers Association of Alberta (SWAA), as of May 4, 2026.

Natalie has been a valued member of our Board, serving as Board Secretary, and we are very fortunate to have her step into this role. Her experience spans government and community settings, with a focus on systemic advocacy, trauma-informed practice, and culturally responsive approaches.
